Although diagnosed with MS early on, she ignored it until 1998 when it began to get the better of her and stopped her working.She spends her days at home with two teenagers, two dogs, four cats, varying numbers of fish and a work-at-home husband. Amid the noise, comings and goings and general mayhem she continues to write, watches EastEnders and X-Files while carrying on her fight to get the better of MS.
