Go for it! Change your life through gratitude, tarot, moon cycles, and shadow work
Start and end your day with gratitude.
On the left page is a morning gratitude section: a Get-To-Do list (just by changing it from a "to-do" list to a "what I get to do" list makes it more fun and shifts the energy and outlook of your day). Then, list potential obstacles. Finally, and write a work/verse/mantra down as an encouragement to be remembered and repeated throughout the day.
On the right page, next to each morning gratitude page, is a PM gratitude journal entry to reflect at the end of the day. There's a place to list your accomplishments, and an area to write down any ruminating thoughts about the day that you need to get out of you head. Use this as a space to respond to yourself with compassion. Ask yourself, how I would treat a friend going through this? How can I do this for myself?
Next are several Shadow Work Pages.
Shadows are created when something comes between an object and light. When doing shadow work, we are looking at our dark selves. We are looking at what is hidden within us that is blocking our light from shining. When we recognize what's below the surface, we can address and honor it. Fill in each box as a way to welcome and compassionately address what is holding you back.
TheTarot Reading Journal pages invite you to take to ponder your tarot readings so you can integrate them into you life.
The left page offers you space to write down your inquiry or question you'd like clarity about. There is also space to document the date, the spread you're using, list the cards that appear and in what placement of your spread, the deck your using, and the moon phase. You are also asked to write down cards that stand out to you and why.
The second page is a dot grid where you can write down your interpretations and ideas about actions to take.
In the back of the planner are 13 moon wheel pages, an example of how to fill one out, and 5 blank moon wheel pages. Track everything from how you're feeling to your productivity, menstrual flow, sleep cycle, exercise, and more for a full moon cycle. After filling in the month and dates, you'll add symbols to chart each day. At the end of the month you can look back to see what cycles, habits, and trends you keep during the moon's cycle.
Use the symbols I've provided or create your own! Feel free to use
colors to express yourself as well.
I've also included a short description of each moon phase.
May this book bless you, grow your intuition and connection to all that is around you, and inspire joy and manifestations in your life.
