More DescriptionLarge Print edition of a story of about racism, love, domestic abuse, martial arts and Jesus Christ!Marina Sundang is a young woman in desperate need of help. The author's (Samuel Lauranilla) own words: "Though this book is a fictional story of a martial artist and the object of his romance, the author of this novella had one purpose in mind in writing, namely to use the book as a source of Christian evangelism to his Filipino-American communtiy. Coming from a long family history of escrimadors (Ilustrisimo Repeticion/Kali Ilustrisimo style), I have seen almost no writing dealing with reaching out to the Filipino-American community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have combined my own personal family history, along with my mother's family lineage of martial arts history into this fictional book. They say to write what you know about, so that was my intentions in creating this art, with no disrespect to any family or other individuals."
