More DescriptionThe world he knew was divided between two types of people: the Normals and the Mutants. The normals were in control and had a, well normal and easy life. If Kalepos were a normal this would be an easy story; a comfortable story. But Kalepos was a mutant and his life was anything but normal. He grew up where all mutants ended up eventually: a Mutant Facility. He grew up with abuse and humiliation. They wanted him subdued. He only wanted to escape. And he had this wild idea that if he could not only escape from the Mutant Facility but also get outside of the dome, he might find what all mutants dreamed of - the promised land. But could there be a place of rest for a mutant? Would he find rest out there? Or would he find more of the same. He was determined to find out. But nothing seemed to go right; nothing was easy - not for mutants. Even thought the warden of the Los Angeles Mutant Facility was fanatically determined to crush him, Kalepos' direction was set: Get out or die. He would meet new friends and enemies along the way. This is a future tale, but it is also a human tale. It is a story of love, hatred, rebellion, oppression, abuse, humiliation, and most of all it is the story of hope in the midst of darkness.
