We can use the moon as a guide to show us when to start planning something new, take action, take center stage and shine, and release. Not only can we use the phases of the moon to help us accomplish our goals but we can use the cycles to listen deeply to our hidden selves. The moon helps us cycle through our emotional blockages and helps us gently address, walk through, shed, and invite in new healing.
On the first page of this journal you will find a short description of how to engage with each moon phase. You can refer to it to guide your journal entries. In time, as you practice working with nature's cycles and promptings, you may find you interpret things a little differently. Be sure to write down what your intuition is telling you about the cycles and how they relate to your spirit.
The journal pages allow you to circle the day, month, date, moon phase, and fill in the year so you are not tethered to a particular calendar year. I like to use a free moon cycle app that tells me exactly what the moon's phase is.
You'll also find journal entries inviting you to check in with your body and work through critical thoughts throughout each moon cycle. You may find patterns with certain moon phases and your emotions over time.
In the back of the planner are 13 moon wheel pages, an example of how to fill one out, and 5 blank moon wheel pages. Track everything from how you're feeling to your productivity, menstrual flow, sleep cycle, exercise, and more for a full moon cycle. After filling in the month and dates, you'll add symbols to chart each day. At the end of the month you can look back to see what cycles, habits, and trends you keep during the moon's cycle. This is an incredible and intuitive tool to lean more about beautiful, amazing, YOU!
