There are four different ways to see one year at a glance (one year clockwise, one-year columns, one year circle, and one-year spreadsheet.)Each month, there is a fill-in calendar where you can jot down doctor's appointments, etc. And one-month health tracker where you can track your health progress, like diet, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, exercises, moods, etc. using the graph; the scale of 1 to 10, there is already a blood pressure scale for people who are watching their blood pressure, and you can fill in your weights, numbers or words as well. You can use checkboxes to see the intake of medications or vitamins. A French ruling note page follows each different calendar for you to write and create your diagrams.
