Listen, I'm not dramatic. Well at least I don't personally consider myself to be dramatic, but evidently everyone else in my life thinks the opposite. However I will say that when it comes to my baby I take everything very seriously! Sure sometimes whatever is happening is not nearly as life altering as I perceive it to be, but hey, it's my baby we are talking about! So of course I'm going to take it to level 100 just so I can be sure that everything is okay. You would too...right?!...
More DescriptionListen, I'm not dramatic. You would too...right?! Ladies, and possibly gentlemen, before I get started on the adventures of my experiences with my baby you should know that if you are a mother who is into "mom shaming" other mothers, then this book is not for you. I say that because likely those who like to "mom shame" will have a ball shaming me when they read how I reacted and acted on a lot of things when it came to my baby. Rather, this is a book about a nurse who was totally in over her head with motherhood and who was possibly ever so slightly overly dramatic and at times completely crazed over what she thought was best for her baby. When I say "in over her head" I mean both good and bad. Basically I couldn't separate what I do for a living from how to be a normal mother. From the unexpected butt pain, to the unexpected challenges of not knowing what to do or how to react even though I am a trained medical professional in the field of pediatrics, specifically newborns. So I invite mothers, and fathers because they experience these crazy things too, to enjoy reading about these real life experiences that can happen to just about everyone with a new baby.
