This is the third of three journals to help during the worst time in your life. I created them because when I needed them, I couldn't find anything like them anywhere. I found plenty of books on grief and words from PhDs, but none of them were what I needed. They didn't fit.

My son died by suicide on May 17, 2017. I found it easier to write than to try to talk with family, friends or even professionals. The pain wouldn't let me speak and when I could find words, those on the other side of my words could not grasp my pain which made me feel even more frustrated. Journals 1 and 2 concentrate on the initial feelings.

This journal is designed to help you focus on the happy times with your child. There are 25 prompts to help you along. Skip what doesn't apply or what you don't want to write about. Hopefully, the prompts will inspire you and ease any lingering feelings of guilt and fear. There are no religious prompts in this or any other journal I write.
