This book doesn't remark on their methods of "clearing" the individual but rather focuses on the concept of "engrams" and suggests that they may actually exist as an evolutionary technique of the body to get rid of excess stress from the physical organs.The wide-ranging, informal discussion surveys the evolution of the human species from primitive forest-dwelling individuals to the current city-dwellers who are utterly remote from our roots.
