Ericksen, national director of entrepreneurial services at Ernst & Young, is coauthor of "The Ernst & Young Guide to Taking Your Company Public", and the author of three additional volumes profiling entrepreneurs. He is chairman of the Ernst & Young International Entrepreneurial Services Steering Committee and the Entrepreneur Of The Year Institute. He is also a member of the Pacific Americas Commerce and Trade Pact and a board member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
