HAVE YOU EVER LIVED ONE OF YOUR NIGHTMARES IN YOUR OUWN FLESH?
Francys Frica presents this fascinating story that tells how the scariest phobia and the worst nightmare of a man becomes a reality and how difficult it is for him to escape from it.
Niche of Rats is the story of Arnold Smith, a portraitist from the cold town of Fargo. He is a fearful, proud, unhappy and tired man who one day decides to explore another lifestyle in a paradisiacal place, far away from the bad life of the people of his town and of course far away from the "rats". However, within his marvelous experience the unexpected happens. Anorld Smith has to survive in the cruelty and hostility of a forgotten land, where humanity is inhuman.
"Come in if you want, come out if you can". The reader is taken on a journey through Smith's truncated dreams who shows that sometimes it is better to face one's destiny than to run away from it.

About the author
His interest in writing came during his adolescence when he participated in one of the storytelling workshops held by the main library of San Felipe Puerto Plata, the city where he has lived since his childhood. From that workshop, he felt the need to read and research universal literature and then experiment with writing micro-stories and also create small comic books combining writing and drawing skills.
He also studied in the National School of Dramatic Art where he became interested in drama and acting. Since then Francys has taught creative writing and theater classes in rural communities in his country. For some time he has been preparing in creative writing with different professionals: Latin American, American and Spanish writers, scriptwriters and playwrights.
He has written dramas, tragedies, comedies and suspense. His writings are extremely interesting because they mix disturbing, metaphorical, meticulous, social and folkloric situations and also are combined with strong dialogues and a lot of action. There is no doubt that the variety in his works is his great specialty.
