More DescriptionNo one is perfect - except our family.NOT.See how your family compares to ours.Over the past several months, we have shared these and other stories on our family blog and have accumulated them here in this publication. The preservation of these stories is important to our family and to anyone else who wants to read about the activities of others. Truth is stranger than fiction - and this is a strange combination of things. We have tried to clean up our 'family stories' by researching them against actual events. Like most families, we found that we had a few stories that were great when told but very short on truth. We have included some of them here because we thought they were an important part of our history and the 'story telling' tradition. Anyone who reads this book can enjoy it and learn from it at any level they wish. There are no secrets written here, just the realities of life for several people who happened to be related for some reason. We hope to inspire everyone to write down the adventures and mis-adventures of their lives and their relatives. You just might be surprised what you discover.WE have written the stories we have included here from our perspective and our memory. We are aware of how memories can sometimes be selective because something that was important to remember for one person may not have been important for another. We are also aware that if an event is personal it can hold more importance and detail while an event that was less personal may be remembered only in spotty terms. Years can also blur details or exaggerate them. Please remember this when you read these stories.
