All stories have to start somewhere and since at least the year 1380 fairy tales and folk tales have traditionally started with 'Once upon a time ...' and often ended with 'And they all lived happily ever after.' It, therefore, seemed a fitting title for our collection of festive stories and poems to call it 'Once Upon Another Time'.
