Author Biography

New Zealand writer Stevan Eldred-Grigg was born in 1952.

He has written a number of controversial novels, including Blue Blood, which depicts a national hero as a lesbian. His novel, Oracles and Miracles, received second prize in the Goodman Fielder Wattie Book Awards (1988). In addition to novels, Eldred-Grigg has written short stories and nonfiction.
