The 80lb paper is easy to cut and fold, but since each room is made of two interlocking pop-ups the house is surprisingly sturdy and can withstand some serious play. At the end of the day, fold up your house and tuck it away. For ages 7 and up (for playing) & 12 and up (for making). Single room 5" x 5" x 5". Completed house just under 1 cubic foot.
