PRELIMINARILY - A Journey from Fear to Faith ... tells the story of a woman named Brandy, born of a mixed couple at a time when interracial dating was not widely accepted. Through generations, faith and perseverance were instilled in Brandy by her God-fearing grandparents who lived by Proverbs 22:6 'Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.' Being the product of an overprotective X-military father who was jailed and diagnosed as schizophrenic, and a tough mother who happened to be a white underaged victim of the foster care system, Brandy's troubles had only begun. This story is a testament to her faith and triumph over adversity, the loss of her autistic son, a life-threatening diagnosis, and unspeakable pain. What was originally meant as a personal journal of her life and times, is now here as her testimony and trust in the LORD.
