More DescriptionA LOVEFUL JOURNAL with pandemic-specific writing promptsIt's safe to say: we all want to move on from the pandemic. But for us to do so, we must process the global shitshow that the pandemic caused. With our Process the Pandemic journal, you get to: 1. Talk about your Covid related frustrations, anxieties, loss, and grief. 2. Vent about un/employment, money, social media, and zoom fatigue. 3. Debrief the social injustices, and reflect on your relationship with yourself. 4. And most importantly; remind yourself, why our lives (despite all the horror/chaos) are precious and hopeful.WE ARE CAPABLE OF LOVING THINGS, and we can (and will) heal collectively.May this journal be the first step to do so!Process the Pandemic journal has 97 pages, out of which 75 are guided writing prompts, peppered with a few drawing/surprise prompts. The latter prompts are designed to give you a light break from the heaviness of the topic. The journal ends with eleven prompt-less pages. You get to go rogue and journal freely. The Process the Pandemic journal was created by a Strategic Design and Management student at The New School (she took an academic leave [Spring 2023] to complete this project.) The journal is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Think of this journal as vitamins to a balanced diet.
