The dungeon is guarded by demons and ghouls. Brittany can't leave her aunt in such an awful place. In hope of rescuing her, she cobbles together a ragtag army of witches, vampires, and fairies. But her band of rebels cannot be trusted--the humans hate the vampires, the vampires hate the fairies, and the fairies hate everyone. Brittany has no more faith in them than she does in herself. If the rescue attempt fails, Brittany's aunt will die and Brittany will be banished to who knows where.
