Warrick, Joby (Author)
Joby Warrick was born on August 4, 1960. He received a B. A. from Temple University. He has been a reporter for the Washington Post since 1996. He shared the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service with Melanie Sill and Pat Stith for a series of articles about North Carolina's hog industry and the environmental and health risks of the waste disposal systems the industry uses. He is the author of The Triple Agent and Black Flags: The Rise of ISIS, which won the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for nonfiction.
