More DescriptionSampson's life changed forever-- twice.
The first time was in a dank cellar under an empty tavern after stealing from a Lord. His life in the middle ages (ordinary and basic) now exploded with Attributes, Stats, Levels and most of all, Magic - something Sampson had always knew was real.
The second time was in the study of an expansive Safe Haven where he learned the item he stole from the Lord was the catalyst of a two-hundred year old ritual, placing him squarely in the center of a feud between two kingdoms -- The Bloodbourne and the Elites. Magic may be new to him, but it is NOT new to this world. And now he might be the only Bloodbourne alive, the sole representative of an extinct race.
Raised as a thief, Sampson applied his newfound magic to what he knew - stealing. The owner of a prestigious shop was the first target. Turned out to be his only target.
One thing led to another, Sampson maybe killed the shopkeeper (probably in self-defense), rescued dozens of hostages, met a God (somewhat related), and was made leader of a group of outcasts branded Sightless Savages.
From that group, Sampson befriends a Rogue of talent, attracts the affection of a Paladin, bonds with a Guardian, and finds himself directly tied to the influence of a benefactor from beyond the grave; the late Prince Harambe.
Sampson had always determined his own path, and he always worked alone. Not anymore. Where both magic and a God were involved, Sampson is pushed in several directions he couldn't expect.
In this whirlwind of an adventure, Sampson sets his sight on becoming the first level 500 and achieving unlimited cosmic power - probably.
