This book shares inside aspects of building a team and developing strategies. It also describes interactions among partisan forces in a non-partisan campaign. It encourages young people to get involved in politics on the state and local level and gives them pointers on how to succeed. It's a story of how determination overcame many obstacles including the fallout from a yard sign caper that when awry.
