Weschcke, Carl Llewellyn (Author)
Carl Llewellyn Weschcke was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 10, 1930. He was the owner and chairman of Llewellyn Worldwide, the world's oldest and largest metaphysical publisher. During the 1960s and 1970s, he was a Wiccan high priest and played a leading role in the rise of Wicca and paganism. He co-authored 10 books with Dr. Joe Slate. He also worked in the pharmaceutical industry, furniture manufacture, and real estate management. He died on November 7, 2015 at the age of 85.
