Iserloh, Jennifer (Author)
Joy Bauer was born in 1963. She is a nutritionist, author, and founder of Joy Bauer Nutrition Centers. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiological Sciences and a Master's in nutrition from New York University. She can be seen on the Today show as their health expert and is a contributing editor for Parade and Woman's Day magazine. Her books include Your Inner Skinny, Joy Bauer's Food Cures, Joy's Life Diet, and Joy's Simple Food Remedies.
