SENDA The Fact The fact is, each human body has joints. To move daily (including for your job and sports), you use some joints in a conscious and some in an unconscious way. Your body in this life is a treasure, but you move it repetitively along the path of your daily routines. This brings parts of the body to pain, and the whole body out of balance.
This kind of moving, repetitive, without control, may over a long period result in injuries even if you do not feel pain in the meantime. These injuries will affect the organs around the damaged parts of the body. After a while, the body will start giving you alarms (pain signals) to call on you to start healing. To heal successfully, the injured body part itself should be treated, but, unfortunately, the treatments often focus on other parts of the body.
The Vision Anyone should be able to do what she/he loves to do without being limited by any pain in the body.
Therefore, Senda is here to bring the body back into balance. Senda does it by working on the joints, by showing what the opposite of any movement is, and by helping you to get your own version of moving the joints.
