The purpose of the workbook is for women to be able to overcome their past, live in their present, while planning for their future. Often times, people may get so caught up in the events of the past that they are not able to live in the present and, hence they struggle with building a future. I created this workbook so that the person who chooses to use it will be able to get to the root of what may be holding them back so that they may break free from the burdens that they have been carrying. But first, one must acknowledge that there is pain, accept the pain, and then learn to move past it. It won't be easy, but I hope that this workbook will be used as a tool to help.
