Judith Condon is an American born in Gorleston, Norfolk, England, who became an educator and writer.

Condon's formal education includes a B.A. from the University of Warwick, an M.A. in American Studies from the University of Sussex, and another M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia. An adult education instructor, Condon lectured at primary and secondary schools before she began writing seriously.

In 1989 she wrote Smoking and in 1990 The Pressure to Take Drugs, both intended for 9-12 year old students. The books describe drugs, their pejorative effects on individuals and society, and reasons for drug abuse. In 1990 and 1991 Condon wrote a series on waste control, Recycling Paper and Recycling Glass, for 9-12 year old students. In 1992 and 1993 she published her third series for this age group: Patterns of Work, focusing on unemployment, technology, juvenile economics and family related issues; and Farming, in which she addresses organic farming and sustainable agriculture. Chernobyl and Other Nuclear Accidents was published in 1998 by New Perspectives of Austin, Texas. Also for the 9-12 age group, this book addresses environmental and safety issues brought on by nuclear power.

Besides writing, Condon accepts training contracts for higher educational establishments in the field of communications/presentation skills/meeting skills.
