Goodavage, Maria (Author)
Maria Goodavage is a journalist, author, and editor. She has worked with USA Today and the San Francisco Chronicle. She is known for writing and editing at Dogster.com, where she publishes a blog entitled, "For the Love of Dog". She is also the author of four books, focusing on the relationship that dog owners have with their pets. On April 5, 2012, her book, Soldier Dogs: The Untold Story of America¿s Canine Heroes was recorded at #15 on the Publishers Weekly Bestsellers list. On March 27, 2012, she appeared on The Daily Show, with Jon Stewart.
