Smith's plan is to create coordinated attacks across the country. It requires a communications network that cannot be accessed by the intelligence community. Who better to get those networks from than the intelligence community's own research and development department? Once again Detective Logan is on the job with the illustrious Special Agent Samantha Jones at his side. And again the survival of our country depends on this two person team.
