With the case closed, Staff Sergeant Michael Holding unwittingly uncovers a major plot of mass genocide and bio cyber warfare, with nothing seeming to be what it appears like. In Ronald Davis, a twenty year old software whiz kid, Michael encounters a spiteful racist opponent who will stop short at nothing till he achieves massive bloodshed. With no one believing in Michael's conspiracy theory, it up to him to stop this wave of crimson tide from taking over the streets of Toronto, and prevent more civilians from falling prey to a psychopathic serial killer who has discovered a deadly new method of killing.
