It is natural to fear from time to time, everyone does, and you will not be a human if you do not worry. But when the monster called Anxiety gets a hold of you, it is a whole different story, as it can take complete control of your life and when it has a hold of you it is challenging to slay this monster. There is good news; however, this monster can be slayed. It will take courage, strength, and a whole lot of will power. I will share with you in this book some tools and weapons you may use in your battles with this monster. I bring this book to you as a gift from my heart and as a testament to my victory. I battled the monster called Anxiety for so long that it almost defined me. I spent most of my life in perpetual trepidation and fear of not knowing what the future holds. I suffered many anxious moments until I decided to fight my Anxiety. I became so consumed with overcoming it that I devoured any available information; medical or otherwise, that could help my situation.I applied so many survival mechanisms just to conquer this monster.
