Mindfulness is key in dealing with anxiety. These easy mandala patterns are a beautiful way to get into that often elusive zen state where your brain finally quiets down for a while and you can just... be.
This coloring book contains 30 unique mandala patterns to color. For best results, color this book with colored pencils, gel pens, or crayons. There are 2 pages of grids for color palette testing at the back to make sure the colors you choose look good together without messing up your designs with clashing colors!
Want to use markers? Insert a blank sheet behind your page if using markers to prevent ink from bleeding onto your other designs.
This book is designed with you in mind! Each page is only printed on the front so you can comfortably color on one side only and not have to choose your favorite to pull out and frame! This also cuts down on ink bleed issues - though if you want to use markers, you will get the best results by sliding a thick sheet of paper or card stock behind your page to protect the page underneath.
