More DescriptionThe Church Through the Tribulation takes a meticulous look at end-time prophecies, presents the complete picture that God is teaching, and concludes that the church is failing to warn its people of the times that lie ahead. This book begins with a detailed examination of the prophecies of Daniel to lay the foundation required to understand subsequent end-time teachings and the book of Revelation. It also presents God's prophetic delivery method, referred to as "multiple prophecies with concurrent fulfillment and a common endpoint"-or simply stated, prophetic layering. It examines both Old and New Testament passages about the Day of the Lord and shows that this is referring to the last day of this world when Christ will return to render destructive judgment on unbelievers and redeem believers, both Christians and Jews. It also shows that Christ taught that his followers will be in the great tribulation and suffer at the hands of the Antichrist but will be preserved through these trials by God. The book concludes with a complete presentation of the book of Revelation to teach exactly what the world will experience during the great tribulation. The teachings in this section build on previous prophecies of the Old and New Testaments. They consistently apply what was learned about symbolic and figurative language as well as God's prophetic layering to present the consistent message that God is intending for believers to receive.
