Later, they also left the land of Maa. Fairies and Elves who were the most numerous, live in peace for many years after... until... a terrible discovery became clear. The evil elder gods were still upon the land of Maa and their servants, who were now called daemons had begun to war with the Elves. Powerful Elder magic in The Valley of Dragons could help the Elves defeat the evil elder gods, but the Elves had been forbidden on penalty of death from entering. A summons was made, to the powerful magic in the land a Maa. Someone other than Elf was needed. Someone who could enter The Valley of Dragons. Someone who could access the magic in the valley. Someone who would eventually become powerful enough to battle the... daemons. The dragon's blood was a light which flared down the length of my veins, quick, blinding, a white fury that engulfed everything in a moment's time. Working itself this way and that, the magic of the waters twisted violently against the pull of something invisible, something that threatened to tear me apart. The intensity of the struggle grew, and I felt the essence of my consciousness stretched beyond its limit. Stripped of my old self, I was entangled in powerful energies my mind could not understand, and thoughts impossible for me to harness. Abilities that my mind had never entertained.
