The gradual development of the Euro will have the effect of accelerating future mutations. The purpose of this book is to record many of these mutations, and to bring together the analyses - relevant because they are independent - of experts from various horizons.
En cette fin de vingtième siècle, l'Europe a réussi une étape décisive: le passage à l'euro. Cela ne marque pas l'achèvement du processus d'intégration européenne, mais une étape importante de l'unification du «vieux continent».
