More Description
A true tale in which a tiny toddler picks a perfectly purple bear over her pacifier.
The Gaga Book: How One Girl Gave Up Her Pacifier is based on our family's experience. The transition from dozens of pacifiers stuffed in the oddest places within our home to going cold turkey without any Gagas (pacifiers) was seamless. Some of it we credit to the fact our daughter was old enough to understand the implications of her new life style.
Though the idea is simple, the toughest part was convincing a toddler mindset to break the habit. The book is designed to be read with your little one and that a conversation follows to see if he or she is ready to retire the pacifiers. If not, put the book away for a month and bring it out later. If so, let it be the toddler's idea; from our experience the implementation will be smoother.
There are many excellent ways to say bye-bye to pacifiers. The technique presented in the book worked for us and we hope you find success with it as well.
