A healthy attitude to my routine and restyling my thought patterns has brought me to a place of control, peace and being aware of my energy levels and feelings. These are not purely 'tips' for someone who is suffering post cancer fatigue; they are for you, you and you! My suggestions are for anyone who has missed the junction and is taking the unhappy road, the self-destructive lane or the path to despair. Eighteen months ago when my physical and spiritual self were not in tune, I knew it was time to start living. In order for me to do this, I had to make some massive changes. Where would I start? Basically my objective was to restyle my approach to life. You can't just wake up one day and say "I am going to be my ideal self" Well, that's a lie, you can; however, to sustain your actions and feelings you need to break it down and look at what you want to work on and literally work on it.
