He is a terrible cook however and struggles to stay afloat with the support of his wife Rebecca.Raul is a Columbian chef who has lived in Newcastle for the past eight years. He still struggles with the accent, the weather and the fact that his well-crafted tapas dishes are not appreciated by the stag and hen parties that descend on his Restaurant every weekend.Craig is a celebrity chef whose fifteen minutes of fame are coming to an end. He has gone from having his own cooking show on prime time TV to advertising pans on the Shopping channel. A belligerent alcoholic he continues to make spectacularly bad decisions both in his personal and professional life.Will Moore is a guerilla Restaurateur. He has a finely tuned sense of what is current and fashionable until gets it spectacularly wrong and opens a German Restaurant in Clapham. He is an anxious man and suffers from chronic attacks of OCD.Andy and Michael run " The Harbour Brasserie" in St Ives. While the Restaurant is successful their personal lives are shambolic, particularly since Andy had an affair with a Lifeguard and, most recently, the new chef.Sally and June make homemade chutneys, which they sell at Food Fairs every weekend.
