He still struggles with the accent, the weather and the fact that his well-crafted tapas dishes are not appreciated by the stag and hen parties that descend on his Restaurant every weekend.Craig is a celebrity chef whose fifteen minutes of fame are coming to an end. He has gone from having his own cooking show on prime time TV to advertising pans on the Shopping channel. A belligerent alcoholic he continues to make spectacularly bad decisions both in his personal and professional life.Will Moore is a guerilla Restaurateur.
