More DescriptionThe Greatest Story Ever Told has been a pleasure to write. My heart as a pastor is to teach the Word! Our family just moved to Lewiston, Idaho to plant a church. The Lord opened the doors to us to purchase a beautiful church building. As our congregation is small, we decided an eBook would be a great way to help support the church financially, so Pastor Tim began working on this project. All proceeds of this book go directly to Hillside Church. This book is a treasure hunt where we discover the love and plan of God from the beginning of time. It's an overview of the Hope of God and the salvation of man from Genesis to the birth of Christ. The first chapter looks closely at our God of Hope. He knew mankind would fall, and He made a plan to save us before we were created. Jesus is our Hope. He was tempted and remained sinless, then He gave His life as the sacrifice for us. What a loving Savior. But wait, there's more! Now that we have been redeemed, we not only have a place in God's family, but He has commissioned us to rule! "All creatures of air, land, and sea were placed under the supervision of man. Fish were created to swim, dogs created to hunt, worms created to crawl, and man created to rule."God guides us in ways that are best for us. Our earthly parents have "that look" and we know exactly what they're saying. It is reassuring that God will gently guide us with His eyes, but also get our attention when He really needs to.Jesus came to earth to be our Savior and Redeemer. But as we look deep into the Word of God, we will find so much more. "When the Lord speaks a word into our lives, it's like a seed. It takes time for a seed to sprout. Remember, 'Seeds do not grow instantly, but they do grow continually.'"Your story is part of The Greatest Story Ever Told.
