As they flee from the evil woman, they accidentally encounter an old cottonwood through which they time travel to a Pueblo village that stood on the summercamp site 900 years ago. There they meet a traveling medicine man, who becomes their friend and ally. However, the village medicine man fears the children's power and tries to turn the villagers against them. The evil woman, who discovers the time traveling cottonwood, follows the kids to the village and joins with the village medicine man in an effort to capture the children.Mysterious Baba, the camp's caretaker and an avid Egyptologist, helps the young people develop their skills and work together as they try to thwart the evil woman's plans to rule the world.
