More DescriptionThe rapid growth of online education has had a significant impact on the need for hiring faculty and staff who live in various national and international locations and time zones. To effectively lead in today’s economy, leaders must be equipped to work with these individuals who are separated from each other by space and time. Leaders in higher education are no exception to this rule. Although there are numerous advantages to having staff and faculty who work virtually, there are also many existing challenges to overcome.
