Sahana is an eleven-year-old Dubai based Young Author. An avid reader & a passionate writer, who immensely enjoys every aspect of reading & storytelling, Sahana has always aspired to write & publish her own books & one day become a world-renowned author for kid's books.

She authored her first book "Witchy Elements" (Story of the twin sisters Lisa & Sanchi, who with their magical powers, decode a mystery to save their school from evil powers), when she was just ten years old, which got published across the

world in over six countries on Amazon.com & other leading online bookstores, which also received very positive reviews amongst its readers.

Her quest for reading started at a very young age and to date, Sahana has read over 500 books & is still counting. As part of the School English council & being a subject Leader, she supported several initiatives to encourage the beautiful habit of reading among young minds and is also an active member in Emirates Literature Club & Junior Toastmasters Club.

Recipient of the 'Word Millionaire' Award for the sheer volume of books read, she also received the 'Academic excellence' award for English at her school many times in the past few years!

To make the world a better place, Sahana would like to create more libraries for young readers to
give them the true wings of imagination, creation and Inspiration!
