It is during one of these tumultuous sessions, that the Psychiatrist, a stern and well respected, Dr. Owen Garrity inadvertently uncovers a secret kept hidden for over twenty years by David, his older brother Tommy and their younger sister Anna. Incredibly the secret David and his siblings share is only a small part of the mystery that Owen Garrity unravels. Owen Garrity admires the honesty and reticent demeanor that he sees in the young inmate. And David Covington is surprised to find that he looks forward to his sessions with the distinguished doctor. But when the Doctor asks David about his childhood, the answers appear a little too rehearsed for the seasoned doctor. With a simple telephone call to a small town sheriffs department, twenty years of secrecy are unwittingly exposed. When the small town detective believes David is not who he claims to be; David is forced to tell the truth about what happened to him, and his brother and sister.
