They take along their psychic ex-client Keeley Simmonds on their first visit to the house, but none of them stay long enough to make much of an investigation being overcome with sheer terror. Keeley is convinced there is a malevolent presence there. No one, not even paranormal experts have been able to stay more than ten minutes in the house and no one ever dares to return. The only difference is Neptune and Shark plan on going back. In their second case, The Ghostly Client, they are hired by a ghost who materializes in Neptune's office asking for help. Neptune is delighted, while Shark is a little put out. After all, this client can't pay them for their services.
