The commentary critiques some of the theories and practices in management and governance as to whether truly they have indeed provided concrete answers for all and if not, why it has been very difficult for these principles, concepts and laws to arrive at any meaningful harmony between practice and survival. Also, it challenges the genuineness of the daily thoughts of academicians, decision makers, policymakers, lawmakers and political leaders on management and governance decisions to practically provide optimal answers for all. It further questions whether the genetic inherent greed, selfishness and inner longing desires of man can truly allow him to be responsible for his actions, for others and practise fairness as enumerated by the principles he documents for the management and governance of himself and others. Also, it presents cases to show that man truly has not been learning from history and keeps repeating his mistakes because of his ill-will. It is believed that man is capable of fixing any problem in this world. However, for man to enjoy the peace and safety that he treasures, there is only one-way and that is he rejects his natural ill-will and adopts the Daa-Peele economic concept. Without this, man's advanced use of biometric systems and other technologies to ensure law and order or to save himself from the wrath of the weakest may be impossible to attain now or in the near future.
