Striking from the depths of the rainforest, Scratch, Roach, and their loyal dog Striker wreak havoc on the Columbian cartels, leaving the charred remains of cocaine-producing jungle labs in their wake. Along the way they meet Sasha Carr, a fourteen-year-old wild child who's made the jungle home since escaping her cartel captors. Scrappy and independent, Sasha becomes an unlikely but surprisingly helpful ally.

Finding Sasha coincides with another, less pleasant discovery. Eager to eliminate the US president, terrorists have infiltrated Peru, planning to unleash a weapon of mass destruction on the upcoming summit. All that stands between the POTUS and an agonizing death are two navy SEALs, an ornery dog, and a teenage girl.
