Author Biography
Mirvis, Philip H. (Author)
George Roth was born in Germany and has a B .S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M. B. A. in Finance and Marketing, and a Ph .D. in Organizational Studies.

Roth worked at Digital Equipment before becoming a staff member at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's 21st Century Initiative. He also lectures at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is the director of a joint research project between Ford motor Company and MIT. He is also the co-founder of Reflection Learning Associates, Inc.

Roth co-wrote The Dance of Change: Mastering the Twelve Challenges to Change in a Learning Organization.
