The manual consists of a set of criteria and measurements used to assess the sustainability performance of new building projects and documenting the degree to which the requirements of Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) have been met.GSAS Typologies: Design Assessment v2.0 provides information for the design assessment of each of the following typologies:* COMMERCIAL building types include spaces that serve various functions such as offices, conference rooms, foyers, retail spaces, and ancillary areas.* CORE + SHELL buildings consist wholly or partly undersigned infill, and the owner/developer may not have control over the fit-out of the spaces.* RESIDENTIAL building types include spaces used primarily for housing.
