More DescriptionOn the way back, as she went around saw light coming from the room of the boy.
Slowly so he could not see her walked to the edge of the door and she peered through the open area.
What she saw surprised her.
Kevin was a different person when he was on the laptop.
He looked focused, he looked determined and he looked very handsome.
None of that boy that was present during the day was there at the moment. He looked like the man that he was supposed to be.
That made her wonder, if he was faking or when he was on the laptop what he did somehow connected him to his real personality.
People who have gone through extreme personal or physical trauma often create split personalities so they could deal with things internally.
It was possible that the real self only came out when it felt safe to do.
She did not want to bother him but she wanted an answer.
Slowly she opened the door just enough that the boy could notice things.
Kevin as he was typing away suddenly felt a bit cooler on his legs. He looked at the door and saw the girl looking at him.
His eyes peered inside the girl.
He did not look away, he did not flinch. He was looking into her eyes with such a fire that made her heart skip.
Vered did not know what to do with that look. It was strong it was fierce and uncompromising.
Suddenly the boy stood up and walked towards her.
The girl froze because she was not expecting this from him.
Kevin walked towards the girl.
He was looking at her and found her very attractive and very much wanting.
He slowed down and was walking with more purpose and with more assurance.
Vered stepped back but she put her back right against the door frame and she could not move.
Kevin stepped right in front of her and smiled.
"Give me a kiss," he told the girl.
Vered was looking at the man in front of him and she was paralyzed.
"Give me a kiss," he asked again.
She did not move but he did.
Kevin moved closer and kissed the girl.
Vered was surprised but she did nothing.
When the boy pulled back suddenly he turned away and he was the old Kevin.
He ran back to his laptop and like a kid, he closed it, picked it up, and ran to his bed.
