For those offended by the word shit.WHAT DOES HAPPINESS MEAN TO YOU? If you fell in a pile of crap, would you just sit there? More DescriptionFor those offended by the word shit.WHAT DOES HAPPINESS MEAN TO YOU? If you fell in a pile of crap, would you just sit there? Would you just sit there and sigh and contemplate how hard it is to get out of it? As you catch the gazes of passersby would you loudly profess that you wished to get out of the pile of crap? As the pile got funkier and the stench gets worse, would you think, "If only someone would help get me out of this crap?" Perhaps while festering in this crap, you would rant about how unfair it is that you fell in the pile of crap in the first place. Surely blaming and pointing fingers would get you out. An absurd line of thinking? Maybe, but this is exactly what a lot of individuals do when experiencing situational depression and anxiety. They set up camp with depression and anxiety and bemoan how hard it is to get out of it. The words wish and if only are used a lot. A great number expect someone or something to rescue them or are waiting for "the right." They are waiting for the right partner, the right job, the right money, or the right pill before they will make a move. Meanwhile, life is just passing by.
