More DescriptionThis book covers the hazards of high RF (non-ionizing) exposure in the workplace. It is the basis of the on-line DTS "Working with RF" course and is used by many companies as their internal training guide for non-ionizing exposure safety training. The book discusses regulations, governing agencies, hazard assessment, ANSI C-95 standard and FCC OET-65 bulletin. Additionally, signage and personal protective equipment (PPE) used in connection with radio transmitters is covered. While this book is a great tool for employee RF safety training, it does not meet the OSHA training requirement without the test and a completion certificate. The PowerPoint and a review quiz are available, please contact DTS for more information.
